1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Simmons Industrial Services Ltd website and the services we provide. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Simmons Industrial Services Ltd is a limited company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is Unit 23, The io Trade Centre, 57a Croydon Road, Croydon, London CR0 4WQ.
3. Services
We provide industrial services including plant and machinery installation, logistics and transport, crane hire and contract lifting, engineering solutions, lifting assurance advisory, and storage and warehousing. All services are subject to separate written contracts and quotations.
4. Quotations & Contracts
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A binding contract is formed upon written acceptance of our quotation and/or issuance of a purchase order. All work is carried out in accordance with our standard terms of business, method statements, and risk assessments.
5. Insurance & Liability
Contract lift insurance and liability terms are confirmed in the written quotation and contract for each project. Liability limitations are detailed in individual contracts.
6. Health & Safety
All operations comply with current health and safety legislation including LOLER, PUWER, and the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. Method statements and risk assessments are provided for all works. Clients must provide safe access and accurate site information.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
8. Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing. Charges may apply for cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled works, including costs for equipment hire, permits, and personnel already committed.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
